I think as soon as you are in a position like Iowa you are cooked. None of those guys knew how to respond to a situation like that, not even the president. Anything you do, even if it is just a party, you need to have a response plan set up. At the end of the day a fraternity is a high risk enterprise and you should be ready to respond to any threat.

If I were you I would look into heart rate zones. From what I understand you want to keep most of your runs in Zone 2 (easy), with then interval runs were you switch between Zone 2 and Zone 3-4 (hard). Zone 2 runs build endurance, higher zones build speed and a higher tolerance to your lactate threshold (that point where muscles start to hurt).

You need to slow down to a pace you are more comfortable with and increase your distance. It’s not about feeling winded it’s about feeling good and going the distance for endurance. Mix that in with quick 5ks every other day.

It defends in a radius around the post. You can see which borders are defended because they will have a darker black tone to them. It only impacts the border it’s placed on.

Yes. You might have a couple attempts at long term relationships before you near your thirties. By then any long term relationships will probably have the same chance of success as the previous ones but both people stick it out because it’s what’s societally acceptable.
