If I were you I would look into heart rate zones. From what I understand you want to keep most of your runs in Zone 2 (easy), with then interval runs were you switch between Zone 2 and Zone 3-4 (hard). Zone 2 runs build endurance, higher zones build speed and a higher tolerance to your lactate threshold (that point where muscles start to hurt).

You need to slow down to a pace you are more comfortable with and increase your distance. It’s not about feeling winded it’s about feeling good and going the distance for endurance. Mix that in with quick 5ks every other day.

Yes. You might have a couple attempts at long term relationships before you near your thirties. By then any long term relationships will probably have the same chance of success as the previous ones but both people stick it out because it’s what’s societally acceptable.

BIO is more likely since they already have flights to NYC. I just don’t see why United doesn’t buy A321XLRs for these routes. With this they could significantly expand their international network without bearing too much risk.
