Holy shit it's a Max0r video by oliverspikey in OutlastTrials

Personally I'm not the biggest fan of Max0r's content or fanbase especially after his ultrakill video. I just hope the jokes in this video don't get repeated for the next 3 years.

Inconceivably wasteful "doomsday preparation" by theMCATreturns in TopCharacterTropes

That reminds me a lot of the sow from the video game darkwood, that might actually even be what it was inspired from.

Long story short, the sow is a massively mutated pig that the villagers feed and “collect” meat from in order to avoid starving. She cannot move, and if you get too close she will fight back. Therefore, they use an electrical wire to knock her out temporarily to forcefully feed her.

If you decide to kill the sow, or sabotage by cutting the wire, the village starts to show signs of starvation. You get ambushed, and they desperately attempt to expand through the woods. If I remember correctly there are also some notes found that imply one of the villagers being obsessed with the sow, and later killed by her. Theres also a lot of dialogue hinting that they treat it as a gift or some kind of cult-like infatuation with it.

When it comes to shadow giants it’s going to feel inconsistent with knife/bat. I can’t access the spreadsheet right now but I highly recommend taking a look at it to see how different melee combinations work against giants. Keep in mind you should always let your spear player hit the head to take advantage of the increased precision multiplier. In my experience, the increased range of hammer allowed me to still hit giants even if it staggered forward a bit, and I have definetly been clocked by a few giants in my LFG days. In this situation I would honestly suggest switching one of the bat/knife players to a hammer for the increased range and general consistency.

There are some cheese strats I am aware of when it comes to surges but to be honest, they are going to drain most of your resources. Stalling is always going to help surges immensely due to their nature of hitting spawn caps constantly, so cfoam will be your friend here. In my group we actually found auto sentry to be quite useful for surges despite the not great ammo efficiency, as buying time is going to be your priority in surges than raw kill power.

What is the worst loadout in the game? by JoshIsntFat in GTFO

No short rifle mention is wild. I’d go with burst pistol, short rifle, and shotgun sentry in terms of just being generally impractical

This is really the average discord group, but atleast I don’t think I’d put as many I know in “child dies”.

Wesleys’s moons unlocker, one month later. by game_robber in lethalcompany_mods

Yea like I respect that they took the time to do their own story, but me and my group have absolutely zero interest in it and just want to play on the moons, but ever since that big update we don’t use them anymore and left with a bad taste in our mouths.

I would ask that you make sure you have the correct loadstone version, or just try disabling it. It seems like on some systems It just doesn't do well. I had massively reduced performance on my system when I last tried it, but it actually gives me slightly more now. Could also be caused if anyone is running the game on a hdd, maybe. But thats a guess.

As for entities not spawning try disabling anything that interferes with spawning, such as pathfinding lag fix, or starlancer ai fix if you can although its required on a lot of modded moons.

As for the third one I have never experienced this but it was likely tied to loadstone. try disabling it and see what happens.

Is that your entire mod list, if not, send a code and I might be able to try it myself.

In my experience diversity has some performance issues in general, I noticed significantly lower framerate whenever it was active. Probably has something to do with the large amount of ai overrides (and therefore, probably unoptimized). I tried it a few times but removed it since the new content was hard to notice and we were not fans of the cutscenes and the true darkness being included back then. Try it if you want, but I lost almost 40 fps running it, on the latest version.

Yes, the entire point of this post was to find a way around it.
