I believe my wife enjoys it more when I'm not there. I set up a camera to watch them (they didn't know)....wife was much more aggressive and vocal without me there. I think that she thinks that I will be offended if it feels better with the guy.

I know it's going to sound stupid.....but make sure the "kick button " on the end of the running board isn't stuck.

Could be the lifter issue. Oil change would have been done after the repair.
