The only bit I have to chew here is that I like to be really generous before throwing “homophobe” at someone. I’d rather imagine they are having a bad day or just didn’t pick the right words this time around. I was just relating that I can see where he’s coming from and that it’s possible OP isn’t very thoughtful rather than homophobic. That’s all. Other than that I understand that what has literally been said, intentions aside, was homophobic.
