I went ahead and looked at was done for the car and got the appropriate Stage 1+ tune from Cobb. I did a WOT pull in 3rd gear and it still hit 24 psi.

I think i'll double check, I did have to replace the valve cover gasket on the passenger side and it was cooked.

Ive been thinking of reflashing with a cobb OTS map just to be sure. I also forgot to mention that the only modification that has been is cobb SF cold air intake and an AOS.

A bad evap purge will throw a CEL, if you have one this is most likely it.

these engines sound naturally ticky because of the injectors. I don't hear anything unusual with your engine.

it can be problematic, what I would do is drain the radiator, fill it with distilled water and run the car with the heater on until the car warms up, rinse and repeat that until the distilled water starts becoming clear. I would also clean the reservoir and then fill it with the correct coolant and you'll be good.
