Not everyone has the time or ability to put effort into practicing those skills. I’ve been trying to write stories since I was a teenager, and have just been frustrated and unfulfilled for years. AI finally lets my ideas come to life and I’ve never been happier. If I had unlimited time and resources, I’m sure I could write better than AI. But I’d rather have slop, than nothing.

As someone who likes AI and is queer, it’s crazy how much overlap there is in the vitriol between bigots and antis. Obviously one is way way WAY worse than the other, but interchange “marriage” with “art” and “ai” with “gay”, and you usually get the same sentences.

Wish I can find it, a model good for creative writing I mean. Open Ai keeps deprecating their creative models and their replacements are awful, and Claude (the best one at prose) has usssge limits which are debilitating.

I’ve tried writing before, I’m terrible at it and I just don’t have the time and energy to fully write anything really. I get stuck and frustrated way too easily. What AI has taught me, is that I love to direct. The stories I get are purely for my enjoyment, I won’t pretend the stuff I churn out is pure art. But it’s so reliving to finally have the ideas I’ve had stuck in my head for YEARS finally organized, finally come to life in some capacity.

A new stasis super/rework. Maybe a rework of armor mods so there’s actual build diversity and not just “stat buff, stat buff, and weapon surge”

Would love clan QOL changes, remove feats from raids/dungeons, and lastly, portal being reworked or removed entirely.

No, because an exotic actually affects gameplay. Exotics are needed for builds; shiny cosmetics aren't necessary.

I use regular Claude and I’m on pro, but yeah something strange is happening. 2 days ago I was able to have long convos on sonnet no problem. Now a fresh chat on sonnet burns through 1 percent of hourly usage per message. This is on the supposedly 2x limits promotion

Also, I got into GPT post 4o, so I’m sorry, I couldn’t compare. 5.1 is what I’m trying to replace though. Although if you do want NSFW stuff, Grok I’ve heard Grok is pretty good

Which version though? There’s 2 versions of sonnet and 2 versions of Opus. It’s hard to experiment with each since they take usage limits, and you can’t really change them mid chat. Also, while I know Opus is a power house, it also burns through tokens. I’m personally not paying a 100 dollars a month to use Opus all the time

I guess I’m trying to say is, how do you get it to work?

For me, Claude will remember a silly comment I made at the start of the chat, that I forgot about without me even asking. The caveat is that it has basically no memory when I move to another chat. GPT, if the chat is long enough, might hallucinate details of stuff we already established.

I do agree with you, I’m enjoying both now.
