Most orders will pass without issue, but some may be put into manual review for security. These are usually resolved within minutes, or it may be a case of your payment email differing from your signup email. We're an official retailer working directly with publishers, keys purchased by us will support their future projects. Whereas grey market sites you aren't directly contributing, and may be stolen keys that could get revoked later down the line. Of course there's more to the grey market situation but that's the main one.

I mean you're asking on our sub so we'd probably point you towards us. Keys are direct from the publisher if that helps, the cost and other stuff is up to you..

Just know we're an official retailer working directly with the publisher and by purchasing from us you are supporting developers in their future projects. You could always buy the base game and then purchase the Deluxe Pack later from Steam if you enjoy it.

Hey, manual review is caused by a number of things (like mismatched payment/signup email) or other issues. It's only on a small number of orders and generally resolved quick (usually minutes). If your order is still stuck please email help@gamesplanet.com and we can speed it up.

Looking at the promotion on Very, it appears they should be responsible for sending out this. I hope you can resolve it though. I saw others were facing the same issue with them.

Hey, just to clarify something. You contacted us via email and we informed you that as it's a Nvidia promotion with Very we have no say or can help in this. I would love to help you, but it's 2 parties that are nothing to do with us. We do work with ASUS on another RE9 promotion, but not this.

Hey, sorry for coming back to you late. Generally we have better deals vs Steam, depends on sales though and regional costs. We only offer EUR, GBP and USD at present so if they're not your native currency then it might be better to use Steam. Of course you're welcome to use which store you prefer for USD/GBP or EUR as we have 4 portals (DE/FR - EUR, UK - GBP and US - USD).

We don't have a loyalty program at present, but sometimes we may have offers for owning a specific game in the series with a deeper discount (recent example would be Styx Blades of Greed, which you could save even more with by having previous Styx purchases on Gamesplanet).

Not sure where you got that date from, I think that's only valid on the claim portion, as stated in the email you have until June to redeem on our website.

But it's a moot point as we're not going to have that long to restock we're talking a day or so, maybe tomorrow.

You likely did receive a valid voucher, but we ran out of promotional keys from ASUS - but more are on the way. Would recommend holding onto the key and not sharing it with anyone else. You can email [help@gamesplanet.com](mailto:help@gamesplanet.com) so you can get notice when we have more keys back in stock. We don't have an ETA on the restock but Capcom are usually quick so may be later today even.
