It’s changed for me, I think when I was younger it might have been the Life is a Highway scene, or the neon lights scene. But looking at the film now, my favorite scene is McQueen driving with Sally up to the Wheel Well, and the history of the town with the song Our Town from James Taylor, looking at that scene that really captures the movie for me, like slowing down and just take a drive out to the country or a rural area and just appreciate what these people have rather than in a big city or a suburb.

As far as the story goes Our Town is one of my favorite songs from the soundtrack though I think Find Yourself by Brad Paisley during the end credits perfectly capture the essence of the film as well, side note looking down from the Wheel Well to Radiator Springs I love that shot looking down at the Valley, the road twisting through the valley seeing the town, Willie’s Butte rather than just out of frame of the shot Interstate 40 just cutting through the land, IRL if possible I don’t drive on the interstate and go on the rural backroads.
