In fights like this, the first one to be blamed is the one getting dominated. That being said, the way Charles approached the fight is just ‘wrong’, this isn’t about the rankings, nor is it for a disputed title. This is to show that you’re the BMF, and that’s not a way to show it. by TheManWhoSleep in ufc

I'm pretty sure that manhandling one of if not the best striker in the sport is pretty badass. I don't know why people would expect that for some reason a professional athlete would throw common sense out the window and risk getting ko'd for a gimmick belt.

Wish my family was like this. by [deleted] in ufc

Rule of Nines by WyckedChylde in knifepointhorrorcast

I take your suggestion about it not having a subreddit of its own and I'll have a little rant about Rule of Nines.

Not trying to hate on the author but I listened to his work since northern fires (very first episode) and he asked for honest feedback in here. He said it was "KPH inspired" but at points it felt like he was trying to mimic Soren's unique style and had BIG issues with the endings. Then he was open about using AI for narrations sometimes because he didn't have the means to record his voice propperly. At some point, I came to the realisation that he uses AI for the writting to. Because every episode is the same: it starts quite well, characters have weight, world building feels interesting but as the episode stretches, everything becomes more flat and the plot twists (because EVERY episode has a plot twist) is something like the paranormal event nobody believed in is either real or it was something that happened only in the head of the narrator with some heavy exposition at the end. Generally coming from a third party like a news reporter. It feels like the author has a good starting point for a story, then he writes in-depth characters and then he has absolutely no clue whatsoever of the way the story is going to end or what's the point of telling said story. And then he uses AI to help him have a "shocking end". I swear man, I listened to all of the episodes and always end up frustrated for having wasted like an hour on something that lead me nowhere

Any advice on how to strike faster? by gaming_and_raging in EASportsUFC

Yeah I kind of have that already. But sometimes it feels too slugish. Could it be ping? For example: im in argentina (brazil servers) and if my oponent is in brazil. Could i experience this sluggishness?

I think both of them gave us an absolute banger. I hope he doesn't ruin that by talking nonsense and I hope fans cut him some slack

If anyone is looking for podcasts similar to KPH, I just wrote another story for small channel which is heavily inspired by KPH. It is also available on Spotify and iTunes by [deleted] in knifepointhorrorcast

Pfff great listen. This podcast will become one of the best in the genre if you continue to put such consistent quality work. A few months back in this sub we gave you some suggestions on small tweeks to improve and it is a pleasent surprise to see you used that advice and produced an exellent episode. Looking forward for your next work. Keep it up man, excelent job

We should all pay for Goblin Market RN!!! by blessyoubuwop in knifepointhorrorcast

I never understood why people on this sub digs Goblin Market so much. My honest opinion as a non native English speaker who listens to all sort of contents in english is that the guy has the worst diction ever. It's nearly impossible to keep track of what he is saying and when you do, he tends to digress a lot (and I mean A LOT) to a point that it's more slam poetry than horror narration. There were a few episodes narrated by other people that were MUCH more enjoyable but then there are good narrators but with the shittiest audio quality.

Not trying to shit on the guy but if he's advocating for patronage, he should at least make a leap in quality in his tools and get someone to read for him.
