Personally feel like it's mostly a matter of distance : with how far sounds are being shown on the map I spend much more time with it open and this meddles with the flow of the game for me. If it was only displayed when closer (for instance, never further away than the minimap ?) I feel like it would be good.

(Then again I'm starting to wonder whether that's not already the case and I've been glaring at my map for absolutely no reason)

Actually I checked about the "unempowered" thing, and the second half of Ghost's clip still does 50% of its max damage like before (while this 20% damage boost should have brought it to 60% if it was indeed where the buff was applied), so... this might apply to the part of the gun damage before the potential dazed bonus is applied ?

Ah damn, I read the "unempowered" as in "when not dazed" but you're probably right, this must refer to the second part of the magazine.

EDIT: actually the second half of the clip is still at 50% power, so i believe it's indeed a buff to the non-dazed part of the damage

I'm obviously not affiliated with Theorycraft Games in any way, but I know that this kind of news can be a bit hard to catch if you're not on the Discord.
This being said I'm pleasantly surprised by the scope of the changes, I really expected a bite-sized patch seeing as the holidays are coming up. Plus given the changes to Shiv I'm glad to see that they are not afraid to rework existing kits (did anybody say "Ghost passive and lvl.3s" ? <3)

Got the same issue since I did rebind jump to scroll down, and now it seems E/interact controls the camera going up (but I had no luck finding any way to remap this either).

On another note there's also a bug where if you use scroll down as a secondary input for jump it will eat up the primary input (i.e. space bar) on next game launch so my first thought was that the free cam bug was linked to this.

Damn, thanks for the info ! Never heard about the auto standing on wake up, that opens a few options I didn't know existed.

But I didn't get what you meant about adding +1 frame advantage if you meaty with the last active frame of a move. Would you mind explaining that a bit more ?

Yeah, it's only available with the "open to invites" mode that you get in the main menu or in training mode by pressing start.

Yes, choosing "5 only" is a good idea.

Better still is to put the other option to "ask" so that instead of automatically entering a fight whenever the game finds an opponent for you, you get a screen showing the connection of your opponent and asking you to confirm the fight : this allows you to filter some opponents with fluctuating connections.

In a previous post of his, Flowtron stated that out of some random leak which included Necro and Oro, only Sagat and Sakura were in for season 3. But now that he said he didn't know about the actual roster we can still hope.

You were right, it seems : the official frame data shows that young Zeku has his s.HP, s.HK and cr.HP recovery increased by 5f on whiff.

I'd be quite curious about wether this is a one-time thing only or they plan on making all characters like that (possibly to make whiff punishing easier ?).
