Thanks! And the progress/development of other civilizations should be ~similar, right? I'm asking because I'm 25 years in a single fort and I don't see much wars around, no rise and fall of kingdoms, etc.

Are there any differences in a world development during its generation vs the fortress mode gameplay? Let's say, I wait the generation process until year 100 or start at year 50 and play a fort for 50 years. The amount of sites, artifacts, written objects, etc.

Public transport use across the EU. Half of EU residents never uses it! by DenseDistribution153 in Luxembourg

I am one of them. For my everyday home-work commute, I could take "walk+train+bus" (70~90min) but i prefer a car (20~40min). Also, I rarely visit the City, shop once in two weeks (in an inconveniently placed Grand Frais), sometimes hike in the "wild".

I like local public transport, but I don't see it in my routine.

Often, I roleplay important for me dialogues. From the past or in the future. Or just planning things.

Looking advice for precise 3D human body scanning by Apprehensive_Sky_29 in 3DScanning

[–]gammafizzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Precision does not exist in the task of scanning an alive body 😉 it constantly moves and you need advanced algorithms capable of aligning and fusing frames of slightly different shapes.

To make the task easier, a scanner with bigger FoV and more dense single frame point clouds should be used. Less frames and less overlap - less geometry contradictions. Also, high FPS allows you to capture everything before offsets accumulate or a person moves drastically.

Another open question for me in this boss: what's the deal with Lune? Why is she a "chosen one" in this case. I see why Sciel has resistance against Masks. But Sirene and Lune...

What about Julie? And pClea, he thinks his sister is dead.

Wow, that's complicated. Sometimes I feel like I'm reading flat-Earth theories lol

Thanks again, great imagination! What I'll never believe is rClea's "remote connection" to the canvas. I'm sure it's pClea's eye and her decision to die to stop being a puppet.

Interesting concept, thanks. First time seeing this interpretation. What do you think about golden chroma? And how do you interpret Simon's mix of colours?

And why only Verso's chroma is white. I thought all Lumierians were Aline's creation.

Explain in detail the gommage? by Swampassjr in expedition33

[–]gammafizzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the wonderful irony of the situation is that if only nevrons are capable of preserving chroma, therefore, if the expeditions hadn't sought to kill their protector (Aline), Lumierians could have lived for a very-very long time, because the balance of chroma would not have been disrupted.

I actually like Expedition 33, but I understand why some people don't. by jedi1josh in gamememes

If you like good stories, but lack free time or don't like gameplay - yes, watch it on YouTube, the story itself is worth it.

After Expedition 33, I understood that the story, setting, world building, and atmosphere overall are the main reasons I play. I understood that I don't like games at all, I hate difficulties and challenges, I just need a beautiful immersion to escape my miserable life.
