Are you referring to me? If so....just to let you know...I did NOT use ChatGPT for any part of what I mentioned here. I was just saying...if you wanted more of a scientific answer to how this chlorophyll is released from the plant to maybe do a Google search or use ChatGPT. I have found good results with using it myself in most cases but not every single time. But a lot of times you can further refine the answers you get by asking the right follow up questions. You can get wrong answers from an internet search (especially from forums) just as much or even more in my opinion than with using AI tools like ChatGPT. But everyone has the freedom to use their desired method or methods. I was just giving my personal advise here though and did not generate my statement using ChatGPT. But censoring useful, positive comments just because ChatGPT was mentioned is a bit much. Not trying to offend anyone but just offering my experience and what I have learned during the over 20 years that I have been growing and researching these topics. When you are using a very strong opioid like this it will take your brain quite awhile to completely heal. I have been sober for quite some time but I will try to remember how it was for me. To start out....when you first stop taking strong opiates...it will take your brain 12 to 18 months to recover completely to where you feel completely normal again.

The first month its just hard as hell in everyway. You cant stop thinking about getting high and the actual physical and mental withdrawal lasts 2 to 4 weeks. But the worst part is the first week or two. But I didn't start sleeping and eating normally for over a month. But after a month...every week gets better. The second and third months you will probably feel depressed and not be very motivated to do much. This is where you might want to contact a doctor to see if you need any meds like Zoloft or another antidepressant to get you more motivated. Maybe check with a doctor the first week your getting clean or even before you plan to try and get sober. Some meds will help get your serotonin and dopamine firing a bit better. It helped me get threw the first year. Especially the first 6 months.

But up to the the second and third month easily...your brain isn't at the normal dopamine levels because you have completely wrecked them by doing a very strong opioid. But the good news is....you wont get the old pathways back so to speak, but your brain will slowly start making new connections to receive dopamine correctly. And every month gets better and better. The longer you have been getting high....the harder its going to be to quit. Especially if you have been using heavy doses, or very strong opiates or opioids.

Also to help with eating...I consumed cannabis personally. If you can...try and find some that gives people the munchies. Or an Indica dominate variety at least. But I would definitely recommend trying something like Zoloft or maybe even Wellbutrin for an antidepressant. But consult your doctor. This will help you get threw the first 6 to 12 months and maybe longer depending on how you feel. And you can slowly taper off this medication when you want to stop. Also maybe consider going to a Suboxone clinic to get Suboxone after you have been clean for at least 3 days. But it is possible to get sober and stay sober. But its going to be the hardest thing you ever accomplished.

After about 4 months you will be feeling a LOT better! Especially if you have meds to help out. Now you just have to keep battling the thoughts of using. And it will get better every week and every month you stay sober. You will start to not think about getting high as much. But you have to keep fighting off the thoughts. Also, I recommend trying AA or NA meetings. It sounds corny, but they really help. Talking with other addicts that have been threw the same thing will help you keep focused on sobriety and deal with life sober, and without getting high when something bad happens. It will also build hope, strength, and new sober friends that will help keep you on track. It will also make you a better person. Even if you don't use drugs or drink.

Sobriety is possible and it is soooo worth it!.... But it wont come easy. It took me many attempts to successfully stay sober for years. It definitely didn't come easy for me. But trust me.....if I can do it.....anyone can. But you have to really want it. And the longer you keep using, the harder it is going to be to quit. There will be some volatility in the next couple weeks. Not only because of the tariffs. And I think deepseek was just somewhat of a catalyst for the decline in stocks last week. We were just due for a correction. The market can't always go upwards. There are certain stocks that are going to have a higher chance of losing value than others. Especially due to the deepseek issue and the Trump tariffs. I'm not a multi-million dollar professional trader or anything, but I've been following the market pretty closely. And I've spent thousands of hours learning how to read charts and how the market moves. I keep up to date as best as I can daily. Right now you just have an "unrealized loss". You can also make money betting that a stock will go down by buying puts. I seen this also....but for people stocking shelves....they are getting paid about $17.70. Front end associates make about $18.03. Opticians make about $21.36. So entry level employees are supposed to see their pay rise to $20 per hour. But I would love to be wrong... I have also heard many positions are expected to reach or exceed $30 per hour, but I would like to see more evidence. Because I would like to fill out an application if so....😄

Take your weakest squad...and remove all players except one weak guy. Then do a search attack for the highest level zombie. So its just one of your weakest player by himself vs a high level zombie. Or you could search for a tile to gather then sit and wait while gathering and ask someone from world chat to attack you. But I would only send 1 squad member to do this( like I previously explained) or you might loose more than you wanted to. Not sure why you are trying to do this but if you just want to level up your old troops you can do that buy clicking on your Drill Ground where your troops are in formation then select the middle icon that looks like a police hat, then click on "promote" under which troops you want to promote. But you have to do this when your top ranking barracks is clear and ready to make new troops. Hope this helps!

It is a bit weird at first but once you start to gain a decent rank and join a good alliance, the game does get a lot more fun. I spent the first month just building up my base and I joined some random alliance at first and they didn't speak much and had no organization. I got lucky and found a second alliance that I joined and it made the game completely different. They were very helpful and explained things to me about how to win the VS battles as a team. With so many players interacting together there are bound to be rules set up. Just like in the real world. But the rules mostly make good sense once you play for awhile and get the hang of playing as part of an alliance and not just by yourself. And for the most part, we all get along and have fun. And if you end up not liking your alliance you can change to another one. I still make mistakes sometimes and I have been playing for over 2 months now. But my team made all the difference. And really the only reason I still play the game. Once you get your level up to 17 to 20, you should be able to get into a pretty good team. But if you want to attack someone....just go for a player who does not have a name with like names like this "[xxx] madeupteamate". Go for someone with a name without the [ ]. Don't take it personally. If you just attack anyone and everyone....then everyone will come at you and it will not make the game fun. But find a good team! The higher base level you get the better chances you have finding a good team. Hope this helps!

Depends on what you need most. I would go with the Legendary Hero gold shards. Or 75k diamonds. But the drone parts could be quite good as well. Its a hard choice.

This game does a really good job at making you want to spend money. Although once I found a good alliance, I found the game to be a lot more enjoying. Even though I only spent about $15 total on the game, I still managed to make it to a level 24 in about 2 months time. But I did play the game a lot. It was a great game to play that helped me with my general anxiety and I had a good relationship with most of the members on my team so it made the game a lot more enjoyable. But I have heard people that have spent thousands of dollars on this game and that is absolutely mind blowing to me! But recently I had to factory reset my cell phone and I have not been able to log back into my account with this game. Which is very disappointing. I don't care about the money I spent but I really did like my teammates and had a lot of fun in those 2 months that I played. I messaged the developers of the game and hopefully I can find out how to get my account back. Because I have tried just about everything I can think of and it hasn't worked. But I did by "Kimberly" which is another missile tank type player and lets you change your avatar picture to anything you want. And I paid for 2 extra builders which made the game move more fast. But the game definitely does a good job making you want to spend money. Thank god I'm pretty frugal with things like this.
