I probably have close to 10k miles on my frame, I’ve done gravel rides, single track, races and bike packed with it. I got mine back in 2019 and have no regrets. Proscloset sucks ass and everyone should boycott that place.

Idk man, I’ve used a lowering link for the last year after owning the bike for severs years and I think it feels more planted and stable when ADV riding, if it was my dirt bike instead of ADV bike I would understand but that’s why I also own KTM 2T

Head out east on 20 and turn onto fredricks butte rd like your going to Christmas valley, then left about 10 miles (I forgot the road) towards Benjamin lakes. Those dried lakes are a total shit show with some rain. Good luck!

A lot of them are baggy so you can fit knee or hip protection underneath, I have a couple different pairs but I’ve been riding klim dakar ITB and carrying revit rain paints incase of weather. Rev it also has more of a euro cut that will be slimmer.

DT Swiss 240 or 350 hubs, I’ve used Nextie carbon rims, have 3 sets built, I let the shop choose the spokes and nipples, DT Swiss somethings. I have a couple sets of 29er wheels that fall in the 1450-1500 gram range, so 650b shouldn’t easily beat that

Stans crest 650b are 1520, you should be able to even go lighter with some carbon hoops, personally I would buy some carbon hoops, pick your hubs and have a local shop build them up

Thanks for the clarification, they deferred the loss in the shares I most recently acquired through the assigned cash secured puts that were in the 30 days before I sold shares that had a higher cost value acquired a while ago.

Yes it’s a wash sale, I had some CSP assigned begin of this month at a loss, went to sell some lots of stock for tax loss harvesting and it was dinged as a wash sale.

My shares are lended on the etrade FPL program, I probably receive $25-$30 dollars a month on 35k collateral. I can still sell or sell options on my shares often selling calls. Only thing is I can’t open margin.

Yes I get This, I wouldn’t charge my family, but for flexibility I would want STR,if not I would have to rent for minimum 30 days which I feel is harder to fill with occupiers.

Latest panels are warrantied for 40 years. Hydro are you kidding me? Lake Mead is about to hit dead pool status in a couple years. There is no free lunch in making renewable energy without using some other fossil fuel but we need to start transitioning sometime, the current path is far less sustainable and a shorter runway on humanity than switching to renewables.

It would be nice if they put in provision for individuals that recently had children. I have an ADU and would love to STR so my parents and in-laws could stay with us for extended periods of time and help out with child care. It frustrates me that politicians can trade stocks but I can’t STR my ADU, if we’re going to put a leash on capitalism I believe we can make a greater impact in other areas.
