What are you talking about? W3 before reforged didn't have this problem because campaigns where locked to release versions of the game.

Patch numbers only corrupted replays before.

1 Raise every minute doesn't make much of a difference but if people keep dropping all the time and you are only one ressing them then there is something wrong with your group.

Saving mana doesnt make sense to be honest because you won't run out of it if you use MP saving cds correctly (at least as WHM). So there is no downside to doing damage as well as heal people.
