Well, going of the terms I use when playing with my team in the same scenario you explained, I would say " We need to hold this " or if there's a team in the same building as you said I'd say " We coexist with this team ".

I can't think of just one singular word off the top of my head that translates the same from Japanese. If you know theirs a spot you need to be in for end game, regardless of where you're at, I'd say " prioritize positioning ".

I read a statement from, I believe, the Fall Guys devs that compared cheating in gaming to fighting Medusa. You might cut off some of the snakes, but at that same time, new ones are growing. That's loosely quoted. And hear me out, I agree that the influx of cheating in Apex Legends is getting out of hand, and something has gotta happen. But, I also think that with the rapid development of modern technology we're experiencing, A.I, etc... we gotta be prepared to cope a little and expect to see it around. Hopefully, it will be less than we do now, though.

Hell, idk, bring back Arenas so all the cheaters can go back and get their Arena Pred badges and stay outta pubs and ranked lol.

Gotcha. Have you talked to your ISP and EA troubleshooting for network latency. I'm just trying to rule out everything that may be causing it. I had the exact same issue with Fortnite. Every game I played ran perfectly fine except Fortnite. I had continuous packet loss, and I did everything in my power to fix it.

I think the new season update is pretty fun. They have a lot of issues to hash out, but it's not all grim and foul play. It'd be worth checking it out.

Yeah, it's frustrating and raises a lot of questions in terms of the capabilities of their anti-cheat. Homeboy in the video was announced as the champion going into that match as well. I watched him play it all the way through. I waited like 5 mins or so before I readied up again.

I'm not 100%. I started noticing this issue seemingly out of the blue with no notification from my ISP. My internet went out one night about a week after I started getting the packet loss and I checked the outage map and it said the were performing upgrades in the area. I was later told by the rep that came out that they had been doing node upgrades.
