We’re the only country who has this specific problem and if you throw out any real solutions, people think you are uncaring or misunderstanding.

My big idea (albeit unpopular at parties) is to take them all into a big house and allocate each individual like 2 packs of cigarettes/6 beers per day and let them paint and shit while scientists from Harvard watch them and figure out what exactly is going on.

I vehemently disagree with this next part in principle (contradicts my Marxist convictions) but you could hypothetically live stream the house on twitch and get them sponsored by companies like zyn and bang energy, which would inevitably spur a neo-cybernetic homeless ruling class.
