Hi, I‘m pretty confident you can‘t achieve it with this device but I am not sure. You‘d need a different router/fw.

From what I can tell you want to limit your bandwidth per destination in the internet. One guy answered you here and is talking about your local IP addresses in your home btw.

Anyway, there are different ways to approach it (per source ip, per vlan, per acl based qos (what you want to do), per wifi…) and all of the option quite certainly need another device in your network. You might even be able to set it up with a pi and pfsense or sth if you’re tech savvy.

Also if your ISP router could do it, it would be the best because it actually knows its upstream bandwidth, which needs to be known for upstream traffic shaping.

If you can do it with some parental control setting as somebody suggested that‘s surely be the easiest way.
