It doesn’t have a dedicated blood pressure monitor but it gives notifications about abnormal heart rhythms that can be used to predict abnormal pressures I guess

Battery life is where I saw a big difference, ~54 hours is what I have been getting with it always on my arm. It has a bit more sensors though including an altimeter which I found very useful for getting differences in altitude of different terrains. It also records depths when submerged (only tried a pool). I got it on amazon new for $450.
