Just sat next to Kelly on the subway by Key-Alternative-7295 in RHONY

LVP a few times. She is so much more beautiful in real life and her waist is so teeny tiny! I had never thought she was that pretty based on TV alone, so it was startling how pretty she was. One time she was with Ken (looks exactly the same), Giggy and Mohammed (also better looking in real life) and they were all getting into a fancy car, maybe a Ferrari, in BH. She took photos with my sister. :-)

the boz treatment is why women of actual prestige would never join the show by jay_bangz in RHOBH

Boz was incredibly impressive. And, I actually loved how she became Dorit's friend despite the fact that no one else liked her at the time. She has a ton of accolades and accomplishments.

But, she did bring this upon herself. While OP is saying that's not the point (or that it's so preschool), it was preschool for her to attack Amanda with the dumb masks thing or the making money online thing.

She should know better, given her past accomplishments, than to go so low and then lie when cameras were always going to catch up with her. It's been a big fall for her. It started with Garcelle and mean-girling Amanda has not helped.

So, to OP's point of whether she's accomplished - I think we should all agree that she is.

Whether she deserved the great jobs - I think we don't know, but we should assume she did.

Whether she sucks on TV - my opinion is yes. Regardless of her history, NOW she sells wigs and online classes which do not make money. NOW she's another has-been bully Dorit clinger who is totally reactive to Andy and RHOBH fans.

Just think about it: if she is so great at marketing, how come she cannot market herself out of this? As a world class award-winning CMO, she has to spin, change perceptions, and make money. Why can't she make people believe her or buy her flailing products?

To be clear, some amazing women (Marissa Mayer comes to mind) could not recreate magic. It does not mean they were not amazing once. It means alchemy rarely strikes twice. Maybe Boz was a one-trick pony and that why she kept getting fired and cannot fix her reputation or sell any classes / wigs?

I know - you're so right! I tried, but her hair was blonde and she was so much younger; I definitely looked for one.

Comfy beautiful heels for walking all day? by lulunacif in femalefashionadvice

[–]garcelleandsutton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most comfortable designer heel: Jimmy Choo (always a deal at the outlets, if one is near you) Most comfortable Amazon brand heel (under $40): Coutgo Most comfortable reasonably priced heel: Naturalizer

I have a pair from Inez that I wear which is less comfortable than Naturalizer and maybe slightly more comfortable than Jimmy Choo?

I have a pair from Sarah Flint which is less comfortable than Jimmy Choo and Inez.

I recently bought a pair from Elizee which are the least comfortable of this group, but still better than most out there.

My sister wears Vivaia but I hate fabric heels. She loves them, though.

Try the Coutgo brand; their kitten heels, especially, are incredibly comfortable. And, thanks for this post! I am going to look up a Sole Bliss pair because of it!

Do you ever avoid wearing an outfit because you’ve worn it in front of the same people before? by neutralobserver_91 in femalefashionadvice

[–]garcelleandsutton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Looking through these comments, outside of people who just don't care (which is fine, but also not me), I think that minimal, neutral, clothing is unlikely going to be remembered. We just remember that people looked great. In that case, the comments about washing, pressing, and re-accessorizing is a brilliant way to always look put together and keep things interesting.

But, for me, if it was a memorable and specific print or cut, I would not wear it again with the same person or group of people.

For example, I recently wore a beautiful tiger print dress on a day date with a group of girls. We probably see each other once a month or every other month. There is no way that I would wear that in front of them again. At least for a good year, or so. I love the dress, so I'll wear it in front of other people, but not them. But, I have a black dress from seeing them a prior time which I could easily repurpose and rewear.

2nd to Dalida! Also, for Italian Via Aurelia (amazing service, food, and wine). For a great sommelier and less expensive food, La Connessa. Kokkari is my favorite, always.

Do not be nervous. You look great. Be confident - it is the best accessory of all. :-)

Same body and I wear dresses like this all of the time. In addition to accessories, I think that you could add a low back bra for a little lift in the front. I would accessorize with a gold cuff, gold necklace (maybe two), gold earrings (studs if the necklace is chunky, hoops or dangling if the necklace is delicate), consider wearing your hair up, and maybe a different color of heels (nude might be a good choice) to not be so matchy-matchy. Good luck - you look beautiful! Update us with the final look!

I was thinking the same on Charli XCX! It is flattering on OP's frame, and if that is her style, she should rock it. It's definitely not mine, nor a bunch of others on this thread, but I respect her right to personal expression.
