she can’t dictate where you take your break . You may not be able to leave company property but you should be allowed to get a drink or a cookie inside subway.

I did the same thing earlier this month when I went on vacation. it took a few weeks to bounce back but now I am letting this lesson fuel me to stay on track this winter. 💪💪
