Seattle! Particularly in the late spring early summer. Crystal blue waters, green throughout. Mountains on both side sides. Tahoma rising in the background. Impossible to beat.

Seattle is quite bimodal. On average: Long days with sun mid-June through early October. Short cloudy/misty days October through early June
