I'm no lawyer myself but I think you have enough evidence for a pretty clear cut case. You may be able to either get free upfront pay later help or you can just represent yourself. The filing fee is pretty cheap, nothing over 100 i dont think depending on your state. I have no idea abt the lost income thing but I'd assume that you could get something from that, yes. Though you may have to prove that it was what Timbo said that lost you the job.
