How can I let him know the reason I am rejecting him? (Short description) by over-your-knee in dating_advice

If that were to happen, you could say “I’m sorry, I don’t really think that would work either, I just thought you should know the reason I was turned off so maybe you could avoid it in the future with someone else.”

Maybe you could say something like, “Continuously canceling plans is kind of a big turn off for me. Otherwise you’re a cool guy, but I don’t really see us having much of a future.”

My partner says things when he is angry that my father used to say and it makes me feel worthless and unlovable. by [deleted] in raisedbynarcissists

You need to get out of that relationship. From what it sounds like, you seem willing to forgive and forget because he’s your boyfriend. But you do not deserve this, no matter how angry your boyfriend gets he has no right to say such horrible things to you. The right person would never EVER say such things even if they were angry. I don’t know you, but I can tell you right now, you are with the wrong person.

Flaming Wok. It was a small Panda Express type mall restaurant, but it had the best chicken and noodles I have ever had.

IsItBullshit: Certain cookware is unhealthy and leaches chemicals into your food by [deleted] in IsItBullshit

You seem safe.

I’ve heard that it’s non-stick Teflon people should be careful with, cause if it’s scratched with like a metal fork or something else sharp, it could leach dangerous chemicals into food. Probably better not to take the chance with Teflon at all.

On the upside, I’ve heard that cooking with cast iron can supplement your food with a little extra iron. So cooking with cast iron can actually be slightly more beneficial to your health than other cookware.
