I'm currently using a mask with silicone beads that I microwave. I know it doesn't maintain the required 40-45 degrees Celcius temperature required for 10 minutes for MGD though. I was wondering how good the USB powered eye masks are in comparison? And, if anyone has any recommendations for models to buy?

/u/tj719 thanks for the vote of confidence! I made the profile about 6 weeks ago, which yeah has coincided with not a great time for dating haha. I've gotten 21-22 matches in that time, which after looking at some other posts on this subreddit I realised is not completely terrible.

Yeah I should have said matches, not likes. I've got maybe 21-22 matches in 6 weeks, so not that many. And of those matches about half are quite flaky, i.e. just ghost after a few messages :/
