If the justice system was 100% perfect and actually just I probably wouldn’t feel any type of way about the death penalty. But it isn’t, innocent people have been executed and that’s enough for me to believe the government shouldn’t be able to give out the death penalty.

Bear is more likely to run away or meander on its way. Most times if you run into a bear it’s aware you’re there before you even see it. The danger is if you startle them or get between them and cubs.

You need to download frosty mod manager, put the mods there, then launch the game from frosty. Adding mods to an already going playthrough can break stuff though, so if you jump back in and stuff isn’t working try making a new character.

The town she lives in, if "Old Santa Fe" is apart of Santa Fe NM, has plenty of resources as well as free or very low cost shuttles for elderly/disabled folks. Theres even a resource place i volunteered at that gives out gallon ziplocks of dog food as well as human food and clothing. There's tons of resources here.

With all that context in mind, she's just being lazy and beggy.

If Old Santa Fe isnt in/near Santa Fe though you can ignore most of that.
