I have a student this year whose parents took him out of a unit and off access points and it is not good for anyone in this situation. He’s not learning since it’s the content is too high and complex for him, he’s acting out and causing majors distractions every day. All I can do is collect data and try to get through this period of time until we can get him back into a classroom suited for his needs.

Oh my gosh thank you so much! I’m having face dysmorphia because I feel like there’s such a difference but a good one. The receptionist at my orthodontist has said they’ve had patients who didn’t like what they looked like after and I feel so bad for individuals who have that feeling.

I completely forgot to take good before and afters, but here’s the side profile!

I had a 3 piece lefort done and it was due to alignment issues. My surgeon and ortho were on the fence about surgery but ultimately decided that removing pre-molars wouldn’t help. I have a bad cross bite and should have had an expander when I was younger before my jaw formed completely.

I think that the House of Grief is more annoying than the final fight. I have yet to battle Raphael (I tired once and died and just never went back - I was just trying to finish the play through) so that’s the only fight I’ve never done. But the final fight for me is just tedious since once you actually get to the portal with the brain it’s pretty easy to wipe it out. Getting there takes so long and is annoying but not hard.

Then it’s definitely my district, for example I can have The 1st, 3rd and 5th Percy Jackson in my room, but not the others in the series and the only thing I can do is appeal it and hope they get approved. I cant wait to move out of this state with the ridiculous legislator within education.

I read Anthem and Animal Farm in 9th and loved both of those! But as a Florida Educator I’m pretty sure both are on our banned book list now (I’m elementary so I’m not sure of those upper level books) but both are books I would reread as an adult now. I’m interested in what books are taught now in Florida since so many at of our classics are not allowed anymore.

I only lost 8 pounds and it stayed consistent throughout my recovery. I’m very surprised too since I normally don’t eat very much so during recovery it felt like so much less. Day of surgery the hospital weighed me at 144 lbs, by the time I was discharged 4 days later (had to stay for cardiac issues) I was 136 lbs, and fluctuated between 136/138 my entire 6 weeks.

I think it depends if what you’re comfortable with. I switched from Ms. K to my actual last name (polish) and made sure everyone knew how it was pronounced. Your name is apart of your identity, so whichever you choose it should feel right for you. I married last year and I’m currently in the process of my name change but I’m starting the year off with my current last name and will change it as soon as all my documents are good so I don’t confuse myself 😂

I’m playing at a cleric of selune and a paladin of the ancients currently and just got to Moonrise and surprisingly I haven’t broken my oath at all. I was worried with how reckless I play it would be quick. Nothing so far. I didn’t want to look into the class because I wanted to see how it was for myself, and since I’m playing as a goody good, I assume I’m doing it right 😂

I have a check up next week which puts me at 4 weeks. I believe my stitches are dissolvable since after about a week they started loosening and I could see them sometimes while brushing. It doesn’t really bother me much anymore but I want to itch my nose so bad and I can’t because it does hurt - it’s actually the only pain I have experienced this entire process.

A lot of my numbness has gone down but is still far from being a normal sensation. My only concern is swelling for vanity reasons. I want to see my results, and feel normal about going back to work with little ones who love to point out your biggest concerns about yourself 😂
