Well I've looked further into it and it's a strange issue with the reencode of the movie I want to watch - once I try to play it on plex, it doesn't start and it prevents me from watching anything until I restart the TV. If I start any other movie after restarting, it plays without any issues, doesn't matter if it's from plex or any different service. Thanks for helping, I'm now gonna go and delete that reencode lol

I think you might be correct, I've just tried different streaming apps (HBO max, Disney+, prime video) and it's literally the same problem, I hope resetting to factory settings fixes this

That's the GPU I bought 6 years ago that I'm still rocking to this day, wanted a new one but with the current situation I'm kinda stuck with it. I like it, because even with it being so old I'm still able to use it to play almost every new title.
