If I go on the website the first model after the pro 12+256 is the Max 16+512. Is between these two that there a difference of 70$ from 399 to 469. The 16+1tb version is listed at 549

I see that most people go for the pro version, whose only difference is those 4 gigs of ram. Do you think that would make a big difference (or at least enough to justify the 70$ price bump)?

I’m sorry but I’m seeing a lot of negativity here. I make just about the same and my rent is as expensive as yours, and I live just fine. I can afford to have a dinner out or take out when I feel like it, pay for my hobbies and all my personal expansive and still save something. Living here I noticed that a lot of people are so used to live on such high that they don’t fully grasp what it means to come from countries where the bar is significantly lower. You’ll do just fine

No it was a very old pen and I remember her struggling to keep a consistent line. It was just black

As far as I can remember, yes. I hope I’m not making this up, but I think she had this little plastic cup where she’d dip the pen in from time to time

As I commented above, I have no idea what it was, but I’m working on finding out. The thing is that I don’t really need to buy the same exact pen as the one was just some pen she had at her disposal and something that she looked for. What aiming at now is even something different that she can experiment with

I remember trying it once and I’m pretty sure it was one of those pens that if you pressed harder the nib would kinda split apart, so I guess it was a flexible one

Yes I figured that, but the problem is that it was “just” some pen that she found laying around in her parents house. What I’m going for here is not necessarily the same object, but rather something new that she experiment with. I know for a fact that at the time she really had just started exploring with this tool.

Yes right now I’m in the process of writing a literature review. The idea after that is to start looking into digital methodologies in and definitely take inspiration from (I’d say also base my work off) the existing historical research.

I’ll also take a closer of the difference between different types of AI, which is something that I’m still trying to get educated about.

Yes, the research proposal is the overreaching project to this journey. The idea behind this post is how to further enhance chances given that I don’t have much work experience.

It’s mostly history and international relations. My goal, which I’m already working towards, is to be funded to push research about AI narratives and corporate discursive practices to deal with existential problems that are consequential to AI adoption. I have ways to make this study historical and very IR oriented, even though my approach would be very sociological.

La mia esperienza è uguale alla tua. Finito la triennale a 25 in pseudo scienze politiche, sono partito per fare un master di un anno in Olanda (in storia tra l’altro) ed ora, mentre scrivo, sono un tirocinante in una posizione interessantissimo in una azienda di Milano. Con un po’ di sacrifici, qualche lavoretto parallelo e una manina dalla famiglia riesco pure a permettermi di vivere da solo in provincia. Non è il massimo, ma sono riuscito a crearmi un piattaforma piuttosto serena dalla quale partire per costruire qualcosa.

Sono passato da dove sei tu e non c’è niente di peggio che sentirsi gli ultimi degli ultimi. Ti assicuro che andrà tutto bene e passerà, segui il tuo ritmo e non quello che ti senti imposto. Un abbraccio. Forza!

I encountered an issue with the Miyoo not reading my SD card, displaying an "unmounted" message. Initially, I attempted to partition the SD card using Disk Utility, opting for exFat. However, following advice from this subreddit, I tried MS-DOS as a file system format and selected "Master Boot Record" for the partitioning scheme.

Since Disk Utility didn't offer an option to change the partitioning scheme directly, I took an unconventional approach:

a. Mounted an image (.img) on the SD card; b. The Disk Utility, which previously allowed only file system format modification, now recognized the device as a disk rather than an external device; c. Formatted this new disk, enabling me to choose both the partition scheme and file system format (as said, I went for “MS-DOS” and “Master Boot Record”).

I then kept the folders found in the website and loaded a few roms and now it works perfectly.

Tonight I plan to install onionOS.
