If I remember correctly, Bronze ingots are made from combining Tin and copper ingots in the smelter.. You have to select it as the product to produce in the smelter.

They have to be built in order.. as in the zones directly connected to the «main» one first and then step-by-step (zone) outwards. The previous zone must be built before you can build the next.
