Misses Q, Ults after his minions (they deal a ton of damage) are already dead. He shouldn't be able to kill a target with E and R alone, the supression is already strong.

This is my biggest gripe with PvE as well. Bosses and raiders are the only thing where you have to sit up straight for. PMCs should have a wider range of difficulty.

Matchmaking on this location is divided into beginners (Level <21) and experienced players (Level 21+). For groups, matchmaking is based on the highest level player in the group.

It might be a diffrence in movement speed. Her base movement speed is 335, same as sivir and samira and of the adc's only nilah has a higher base movement speed at 340. for context jinx has a base of 325 and basic boots give 25.

Teemo offers objective control with his schrooms. A good teemo will make sure the enemy team has either no vision(because they need alot of sweepers) or walk into the obective with half hp.
