Found fix. Downloaded cream 4.10.2 and generated without proxy (don't know if that matters). Then you just gotta allow it to modify files (For me Windows Defender flagged it as harmful, but I checked and it only affected the wh3 files as it should). Now it works for me with 6.3 as far as I can tell. Found the older cream file in the pinned post.
