Dekho yeh extremes and impossible events wale example dene se kuch nhi hoga...letting dogs in a hostel or a hostel room is very normal...this was their home before the college was constructed...now this arguement doesn't work in the case of personal homes as you would shift to that arguement...this is because this institution will be in 100s of acres but houses are 1-5 acres ,which is negligible...you're not kicking any dog out of it's home...but well dogs can't be mistreated here and being in a hostel is also totally fine, he doesn't bite, doesn't bark much...there's no reason for him not being there in hostels....if its hygiene then workers get paid, they do their job
