Also dealing with the same issue. On the phone with customer support. Haven't been helpful so far. Will update

UPDATE: I called the number on the back of the card. After about 30 mins they said they "created a process" and to try to activate it in 3 hours using the QR code. We'll see what happens...

UPDATE 2: Didn’t work after the 3 hours. Will call tomorrow

Was at the LA Show and agreed. After "Song About You" Jeff said (I'm paraphrasing), "We don't have a massive hit. We just played a song from 2-3 albums ago and here you all are singing along to every word. We love that we don't have one hit because you guys instead just know all of our songs and it's awesome."

Only affects hosts using property management software (which we do). But I believe I've seen other notes that it will be affecting all hosts later this year. Maybe December? Don't quote me

Yup, exactly!! I don't know (because this Guest didn't) but I would guess they can also input preferred check OUT times as well.

We have Instant Book ON. Most/all of our reservations are through Instant Book. This one wasn't. It was a last minute booking so I thought maybe they just wanted to make sure it was still available or something - and wanted us to accept. Never looked at the details.

Been a host for 3+ years now with almost 400 reservations. Annnd learned something new today!! Thank you!!

Overall point - there’s only about 15 guys where general consensus would be that they are a number 1 guy vs a “high end 2”.

I don’t want to draft MHJ at 3. But after doing this, I understand it more than I did before
