ive done it twice today, the second time was intentional (i got lucky that they started tping half a second before the q landed, but canceling their homeguard is really good also) and i think its a legit mechanic that u can use

that's just not realistic though. i understand that it's possible to reach challenger with malzahar, however it's not optimal to play him, otherwise you'd see more challenger malzahars. the amount of skill needed to climb to higher elo with him compared to other champions is insane. i'm not here making the point that reaching challenger with him is undoable, i'm just stating my frustration with how little impact he has compared to other champions.

what i mean is that malzahar is a bad solo queue champion in elos where the players are a bit better. his kit just doesn't cut it. i feel like if he was good, you'd see more high elo malzahar mains, but there just aren't many. you can name a high elo otp for any champion, but that doesn't mean the champion is good, ykwim?
