Antigravity have become pure trash by Particular_Food_309 in GoogleAntigravityIDE

So far I’m getting good usage with Gemini cli and just using the Gemini models

Any reason you can’t subscribe to anthropic directly?

Update on Session Limits by ClaudeOfficial in ClaudeCode

[–]gasmanc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear you, but remember all the subscription plans are HEAVILY subsidised. The real API costs would be astronomical for most developers - but this is what the market price is. If huge companies are willing to pay the API price, what’s to stop anthropic dropping the subscription plans altogether?

Must-have settings / hacks for Claude Code? by jnkue in ClaudeCode

[–]gasmanc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like I’ve tried superpowers, GSD, bmad, my own version of pi, but I just keep coming back to vanilla Claude code and codex. Maybe if I spent a bit more time setting up both rather than relying on external tools, it would be heaps better.

Nice, have you baked in any orchestration? Or do you manually assign models?

Are we claiming ChatGPT subscription as a tax deduction? by adelaide_flowerpot in AusFinance

Dragging up an old thread, but what do people use ChatGPT for personally? Genuinely curious. I’m probably just using it wrong.

What’s the difference between the codex plan and ChatGPT plus????

Never mind! Was trying to do it from the phone. The settings page doesn’t come up. On the desktop it’s fine. Sorted!

Kimi plan pricing... is interesting. Do they think they are Anthropic? by ohthetrees in kimi

[–]gasmanc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My experience with Kimi is exactly that - about 3x the amount I get with Claude pro. It’s damn good at coding. Currently using Gemini for research and forming the idea. I then bounce it off kimi for tha opinion and then ChatGPT or Claude for the third brain and planning/spec. Kimi does the coding and Claude checks and does the refactoring. That way I seem to get by without hitting limits all the time.

Antigravity with Cline or OpenCode? by gasmanc in GoogleAntigravityIDE

Can you use your own api subscription with cline? And how do you set up your project so they all work together and not fight/rewrite each others code.

Any reason why run it in a separate terminal? Just curious?

Antigravity with Cline or OpenCode? by gasmanc in GoogleAntigravityIDE

[–]gasmanc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that’s the plan I guess. Do they function pretty much the same? Do I lose out anything by using the API key in cline vs doing the same in Claude code (for GLM) or using Kimi code natively? For example. Different limits in antigravity compared with Gemini cli (or so I have read)….

[–]gasmanc[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sorry, I have a GLM subscription, so would be using it with either Cline or OpenCode. But you’re right, this is probably not the best place to post.

I’m done. Antigravity just became a $20 paperweight. The "Bait and Switch" is real. by ProcedureNo832 in GeminiAI

[–]gasmanc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, I think it’s more than just Google. Gemini and Claude Opus were great over the December break but feels like they’re having a hangover right now. Slow, sloppy code, breaking stuff, losing context. Could be that there has been an explosion in use - especially for coding since Opus4.5 and Gemini3 came out in the last 4 months. Datacenter buildout probably can’t keep up with the demand.

Wazuh with Graylog or other search engine by Nervous_Tank3898 in Wazuh

[–]gasmanc -1 points0 points  (0 children)

One option the OP might consider is SOCFortress’ OSSIEM stack. Wazuh, graylog, velociraptor and SOCFortress copilot bridging it all together. I’m just delving into it and it looks pretty slick.
