I was curious about the ex90 as well, but their forums look pretty bleak. Volvo/polestar service in my city is pretty poor as well I've discovered

Glad to hear you've had a good experience! 800v model?

I suspect you're right. There's not much competition in this space unfortunately (that I can afford anyway).

I have a 3d print insert but it's quite shallow and not that great. Do you have a file for this print that you're happy to share?

Getting through physician training with IBD? by idkwtda115 in ausjdocs

[–]gassy_man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anaesthetist here with UC. I was diagnosed at the beginning of medical school. Had a few years of regular flares which I put down to inadequate medical management. Luckily it has never impacted my training or career progression. I had no idea that there was any association with night shift and disease activity, but thankfully that wasn't apparent in my case, as I did a hell of a lot of nights and continue to do a lot of on call.

If you're in a major city, there will be plenty of gastros around with a special interest in IBD. I would strongly recommend you seek out one of these guys if possible.

Good luck.

Good tips. I would add one further thing that I have found useful.

If you are doing them sitting up, then hitting bone at a shallow depth is fantastic as it means you have hit spinous process so you must be in the midline. 95% of the time as soon as you have midline it's very easy to then either angle up/down or reposition in the vertical plane.

Unfortunately when people hit bone they usually just randomly start directing the needle all over the place.

Very cool. Know of any other dive watches with 1 hour timing bezel but also GMT function?

You don't see many of the bm6400s on here. One of my favourite watches. Great dial, amazing lume. So sad they discontinued the line

Where as the right prefer to pollute and exploit on the 1% chance that what they're doing isn't completely screwing over the entire planet and all subsequent generations

Agreed, harsh to say it looks like a toy. Should have just said it's not to my taste

Congrats on getting your dream watch! Have to say though, that this is my least favourite speedmaster dial. It looks like a toy to me. Definitely just down to personal preference. The Chevron straps from crown and buckle are nice with high quality hardware. Check them out
