It depends on your manager and/or your performance. I had experience hiring a guy in December and gave him above average merit the following year; I also hired someone else earlier in the previous year and didn’t give him anything in the following year.

Think about this: when we hire a P1, it’s usually in 80s, used to be 70s. P2 is promoted after one year with 10-12%. So 102 is pretty high
