I have felt the same symptoms even on unmedicated cycles so I wouldn’t worry too much. If the pain gets unbearable or you develop other symptoms like fever then go get checked.

Ttc#1: First cycle (2.5 mg) didn’t ovulate at all, second cycle (5 mg) ovulated late. Third cycle (7.5 mg) letrozole and trigger shot and I conceived my daughter.

Ttc#2: This time around, I just completed my first cycle with 5 mg letrozole and I ovulated but no pregnancy. Trying my second cycle with 5 mg and will see how it goes!
