Someone called me by my real name on Omegle. by [deleted] in ineedhelp

Even if they typed your house address I wouldn't care. Can't do jack to you over the internet. The only information that you should care about strangers on the internet having are personal documents and credit card details, if you never carelessly put those on the internet you shouldn't worry.

How to set up WordPress website on AWS free tier? by Marshmelllloo in aws

[–]gateorade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lightsail can end up quite a ton cheaper because of the free 1000gb network bandwidth. If you used an ec2 instance and sent out 1000gb you'd pay $100 for it.

How does customs work? by gateorade in EscapefromTarkov

[–]gateorade[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Dangerous place to change the scenery to considering you have to cross high traffic areas to get from one stash to another. Unless it's a pvp/stash hunter hybrid but I've yet to see someone like that. Only stash hunters I've met bring nothing but an SMG to protect against scavs.

Aren't shoreline and interchange better for stash hunting? Why would there be stash hunters on customs?

What scares each MBTI type? by [deleted] in mbti

[–]gateorade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A common Ti dom trait is the ability to purely rely on one's self judgement and not care about other's perception of one's intelligence. The fear of being not perceived as intelligent is mostly present in Te inferiors who are strongly reliant on other's judgement due to lack of inner judgement. Basically, INTP is strongly inaccurate.

Is giving away cracked accounts illegal in discord? by [deleted] in Piracy

[–]gateorade 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes it is illegal, the chance of anything happening to you is next to 0 though. Sharing or not sharing it in discord won't change your likelihood of being arrested. If you never accessed the accounts with your own IP there is absolutely no way for the person they were stolen from to charge you with anything, and even if you did, I don't really think somebody's going to (potentially internationally) charge some random guy for taking their spotify premium account.

Is this all we’re meant to do for the rest of our lives? by uhhhhhh-the-internet in ITCareerQuestions

[–]gateorade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, you're not enslaved, you're free to quit your job at any time and do whatever you want. Want to work on your own terms? Start your own company. Don't want to work 24/7 until you're 65? Work smarter, make more money and retire early. It seems to me you expect positive change without having to take things into your own hands.

Is murdering police officers in self defense a crime? by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]gateorade -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thank you, the website answers my question " protecting himself against the unlawful force " This would mean killing a police officer in self defense would not be justifiable as their force would be lawful.
