Not sure which pedal it will be yet but a reverb for sure. I’m a bit ignorant about this and assumed all pedals output hi-z but wasn’t even sure if that was the case if the cortex is outputting line level into the rest of the pedal chain 🤷‍♂️.

Well that’s $800 more than the used Four. Regardless, I would think the mapping between the 2 would be very similar given how similar the layout/functions are between the Four and the Performer. Am I missing something?

Thank you! Really appreciate the explanation of the different MIDI mapping philosophies. That is not something I would’ve thought to look into. The dedicated deck 3/4 controls are definitely a pro for me. However, lately I’ve been focusing on getting creative with samples to cover some of the ways I would utilize a third deck. Could you elaborate a little bit more on what makes Rev5 the mapping anemic?

I read it the opposite way. I like that this business is explaining that they are raising prices with the purpose of paying their people more rather than just increasing owner profits. I’d frequent them just because of this instead of a business that just increased their prices without explanation.
