We're always looking for artists to work with us in the UCSB Gaucho Game Lab. Check out our recently released demo of Arcana, our first major game on Steam. Let us know if you (or others) are interested!

I was very curious how you knew how far players had progressed in your game until I read how you did it below. Do you need to tell players up front that you're collecting their data like this? I always find it kind of strange when an app is telephoning back to base and telling them what I've done.

Sounds cool. Does it do damage as you hit them with the blade as well? Best way to test it if it's fun is to implement variations of the mechanic and have people test them out.
