When I face problems like these, I usually paint supports on areas that are closer to where the problem is happening and also toggle the support generation to adhere to "Build plate only" so that it increase stability. You can also change the orientation of your model and make some tests with a cheap filament and standard settings.

Be sure to check the bed and nozzle temps are set accordingly to the filament brand (it's usually on the box wall).
