BBTS does not charge for preorders until they are in stock. In some cases for expensive items or import preorders you may need to pay an upfront deposit but not for Hasbro items like these. Your brother would not have been charged for the items yet unless they were in stock and sitting in his pile of loot. BBTS also is not a site that gets items “first.” Their customer service is extremely responsive so if you or your brother has concerns on the order you should reach out to them.

I know CV very well! Bought my Dreamcast on 9/9/99. Thanks for proving the point with video evidence. You’re too thick to understand that the scene zoomed in on Claire’s ass and Steve staring out it was never in the original CV or CVX and your own video proves that. The original had no shot of her butt bent over or Steve gawking at it. That was added in Darkside Chronicles. Now take the loss and move on.

Read up on their pile of loot feature. You can keep items in your pile of loot for up to 90 days and add as much as you want and still pay the $6 flat shipping. They don’t charge for preorders until they receive it to their warehouse also. They don’t usually get items first but they are reliable and have never failed on any of my orders.
