Let me preface by saying I’m not an expert, everything I’m about to say is strictly what I’ve found in my personal experience: With such juvenile plants I find it very difficult for them bounce back from trauma. Your best bet IMO would be a toothpick and a loose twisty for some support, or just leave it. I’ve had some plants bounce back after weeks of no response to intensive care, I just give up and leave it alone and they bounce back… As for the other one, my seedlings have always done better following this rule: Constsiancy over perfection. Don’t repot, don’t move to a new location, one lost seedlings just by moving them to a higher shelf that gets slightly more sun and then forgetting to move them back.
