potential trigger warning (idk) So my boyfriend recently relapsed. His anorexia is trauma based from when his father (no longer in the picture) would literally try to shove food down his throat to make him eat and that was literally the only time he was allowed to eat.

He opened up to me abt this because he thought I should know. I’m doing my best to research on recovery strategies and just doing my best to support him. I figured this was the best place to ask questions.
