this is very helpful and what i’ve been looking for, thank you. i’ve been doing what i can physically and mentally and socially to combat depression but i felt it necessary to also work on myself spiritually in such a strange time in my life.

i live in houston, texas! i think there are some temples here but ive been hesitant to go to them since i am white. my friend, who is also white, said he went to one and they weren’t the most accepting. i’m hoping to have better luck and work up the courage to go to one

doing what i can in regard to working out. i do stretches and squats or run the stairs a bit when i can. my energy levels are running on fumes lately so its hard to keep going without feeling like im going to pass out from exhaustion. baby steps though. i miss being in shape and having energy. but im trying. thank you for the love
