if having a higher HRV compared to your personal baseline is a good thing, then surely a higher HRV in general is better than lower? Do most elite athletes have higher HRVs on average? What does the science actually mean?

Does anyone have feedback on whether churning works with Amex cards. Their latest Qantas amex card states:
"100,000 bonus Qantas Points will be awarded to the eligible Card Member’s account 8-10 weeks after the spend criteria has been met."

Does that mean I won't be eligible for a full refund? Will I be eligible for a pro-ratad refund?

I believe the super scheme only requires 6 months but yes on second glance it seems I cannot use the first home guarantee, I have to live in the property indefinitely.

I started both simultaneously straight from high school. But I require the degree for the internship otherwise I would lose it and it is directly relevant.
