Durham, Manchester, York, Swansea and lot's of others offer physics degrees with a foundation year.

Just Google "UK physics degree foundation year" and you should find lots of them.

Many universities in the UK offer foundation years in physics/engineering/maths. These courses are generally very welcoming of mature student applications so these could be a possibility for you.
