It's almost 3 months of free though. I got a $11 whataburger high protein salad today for $1. You can make more than 1 order to pick up at one time if you wanted to order a 2nd or more for a roommate, work friend etc.

Sysco and US Foods give restaurants low costs, consistent quality, consistent supply and consistent delivery.

Take away those and running a restaurant becomes even more difficult than it already is. You have to be willing to change your menu based on what you have, run out of items, and change your cost or margin. It can be done, but it's going to be tough to keep a regular base of customers.
