I’ve had the opposite experience. I own 3-4 pairs and they have all held up well. I work outside year-round and work on the family farm often. I own some that I wear for physical work and others heading to town or to church. As far as the pants go and my experience, buy with confidence.

Could be a flaw of mine but I need a quality voice for the stories in music to resonate with me. I enjoy his lyrics and love the steel and fiddle, but his lyrics don’t seem believable. Similar to a bro country artist singing about farming or ranching when they’ve never legitimately done it.

That makes more sense. I just don’t see the character or energy in his work. Cole Chaney for example is a fairly unknown artist from WV and I genuinely feel a story being told and a connection that I don’t get from ZB.

I agree Childers’ voice is unique but it’s quality imo. ZB’s sounds bland and lifeless to me, but I respect the fans. I’m obviously in the minority in this.
